Our Instructors- Raul Touzon

Last May I had the unique opportunity to teach at Photo Camp here in
Homestead, Florida. WHAT A GIFT – I shared the classroom with an
outstanding group of professionals, and an AMAZING bunch of teenagers.

In this camp, they learned to use three types of cameras; an Olympus Evolt 510, and an Olympus underwater point-and-shoot and the robotic camera Gigapan.

They also were taught editing and visual storytelling by Todd James,
a photo editor for the National Geographic Magazine. The last day
their assignment was to photograph the BioBlitz in
Biscayne National Park
.

I was surprised to see such a level of commitment, camaraderie and willingness to learn. This program is definitely a keeper.
